Under Rose's leadership, the Louisiana Lottery has achieved remarkable financial milestones while maintaining a strong commitment to integrity, innovation, and public trust. Recent reports highlighted how the Lottery has adapted to evolving consumer behaviors, digital trends, and changing gaming dynamics -- helping drive substantial revenue growth that directly benefits Louisiana's public education system.

Since becoming President and CEO in 2006, Rose has guided the organization through some of its most successful years, with billions of dollars generated to support Louisiana's K-12 education programs. The Lottery recently surpassed $5 billion in transfers to the state treasury's Minimum Foundation Program, a major milestone for the organization and the state.

Industry publications have also recognized Louisiana Lottery's operational efficiency and strategic leadership under Rose's direction.
