Our Gulf Coast Getaway has a new home! Join your IWF Louisiana colleagues at the beautiful White House Hotel in Biloxi for a weekend designed around connection, conversation, and a little time to simply enjoy the Gulf Coast.

Register for the Getaway

Members planning to attend should register with IWF Louisiana and pay the $100 getaway registration fee.

Your $100 registration will help cover the weekend's shared experiences, including our hospitality suite, opening wine happy hour, and Sunday departure brunch.

Please note: Registering for the IWF Louisiana Gulf Coast Getaway is separate from reserving your hotel room.Members attending the weekend should complete the IWF Louisiana event registration and make their hotel reservation directly with the White House Hotel.

Saturday, October 3

12:00 p.m. -- Hospitality Suite Opens

1:15 p.m. -- Depart for Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art

1:30-2:45 p.m. -- Private Tour of the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art (https://georgeohr.org/) 
Enjoy a private guided tour featuring George Ohr's innovative pottery, the museum's Frank Gehry-designed architecture, the Pleasant Reed Interpretive Center and current exhibitions.

2:45-3:15 p.m. -- Dusti Bongé Art Foundation or Museum Shop (https://www.dustibonge.org/) 
Members may walk to the adjacent Dusti Bongé gallery, browse the Ohr-O'Keefe museum shop, or continue exploring the museum campus.

3:15 p.m. -- Return to the White House Hotel

3:30-5:15 p.m. -- Independent Time
Relax at the hotel, enjoy the pool or beachfront, settle into your room, or explore nearby Biloxi shops and attractions. The hospitality suite will remain available.

5:30-6:30 p.m. -- Opening Cocktails in the Hospitality Suite
Gather for wine and light bites before dinner. 

6:40 p.m. -- Depart for White Pillars (https://biloxiwhitepillars.com/) 

7:00-9:00 p.m. -- Dinner at White Pillars
A special group dinner at one of the Mississippi Gulf Coast's most celebrated restaurants, featuring seasonal Southern cuisine in a beautifully restored beachfront setting. 

9:15-10:30 p.m. -- Hospitality Suite Open for Nightcaps
Return to the Suite for wine, after-dinner drinks, sweets and relaxed conversation. The suite will close at 10:30 p.m.

Sunday, October 4

9:00-11:00 a.m. -- Casual Farewell Brunch in the Hospitality Suite
Drop in for coffee, mimosas and a relaxed Southern brunch before departure.

Reserve Your Hotel Room by September 17

IWF Louisiana has secured a special group rate at the White House Hotel:

King Room: $249 per night + applicable taxes and fees

The discounted group rate is available through September 17, 2026. After that date, remaining rooms will be released back to the hotel and the special rate will no longer be guaranteed.

To reserve online, visit the White House Hotel website, select Special Code, and choose Group Attendee Code from the dropdown menu.

Please note that a minimum of 10 rooms must be booked for at least one night to maintain the discounted group rate. If the group falls below the 10-room minimum, rates will revert to the hotel's standard nightly rate for that weekend.
